What do I need to provide to make a custom design?

1.Sketching or photo of the design, (not necessarily only if you want Kemp designs for you)

2.Numbers of orders,

3.A specification of the custom design, information required.

How long is it taking for a quote?

After fully submit the custom design info, up to 5 business days there will be a quote ready for our customers. Meanwhile, we will provide our finishing photo and specification info for customers to make the final confirm.

How long is it taking for manufacturing the order?

It depends on the numbers of the order. Maxim manufacturing will be finish in a month.

What are the options for the international shipping?

Shipping by air 10 business days

Shipping by sea up to 40 days

How long for the whole processing after I submit my design info till receive the order?

The whole processing time will between one month and 2.5 month. Even shorter processing period is possible. It depends on customers’ requirements and numbers of order. Additional fee may apply.

How to make a purchase?

By the time you place an order, 50% of the quote price will be charged. Right before we hand in your orders, the rest 50% will be paid.
